Shipping

All our orders are picked, packed and shipped from our Auckland location.
Unless an item is showing as Sold Out, all items are in stock and available for immediate shipping.

Standard shipping is $10 nationwide.

Orders placed before 2pm are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following day.

Delivery is usually 1-2 business days (current courier delays pending).

With our carrier partner - Courier Post, orders are trackable through their website and can be delivered to businesses, home addresses and RD (Rural Delivery) addresses.

When your order has been dispatched, we'll send you an email with the tracking number and a link to the Courier Post website where you can follow its journey.

We use environmentally friendly, recyclable packaging from our partners at R3 Pack. These are discreet so no one will know what you are receiving.

Courier Terms

Our shipping requires your signature when the parcel is delivered. If you are unavailable when the courier calls, a 'Card to Call' card will be left so that you can collect your parcel from the nearest NZ Post hub.

Major Metro areas are often faster in delivery success so if you are ordering from an RD or an area outside of a standard coverage area, there will be a small delay. We have partnered with NZ Post to ensure the best available coverage and delivery options for this reason.

Please note that any discount does not apply to shipping.

We do our best to ensure accuracy of our orders and photos are taken on file prior to dispatch however in the event of a mistake, or damage, please contact us as soon as the goods are received should there be an error. We will endeavour to make it right for you.

Please note, if your order is confirmed as signed and delivered to the address you have provided us, we will be unable to help you further.

Cancelling Items or Orders

Depending on the status of your order, cancellation can be made within the order or the entire order. Please email us if you have made a mistake and we will let you know at what stage of the process your order is at.

Please note that cancellation can only occur on items or orders prior to dispatch and the issue of a tracking number.

Cancellations of an item from a multi-product order and/or entire order are subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover the costs of the involvement from our team.
